Medibord Limited, based in the United Kingdom at BioCity in Nottingham, was founded in 2009 to develop, manufacture and supply multimodal Radiotherapy Positioning Boards for MRI, PET, CT, LINAC or combinations of these modalities.

We designed and manufactured the world’s first commercial MRI patient positioning board for the use of radiotherapy treatment planning. The company has a focus on developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of the medical sector, particularly for MRI.

Our ambition from the outset was to supply products and services that offer not only superb value for money but are environmentally friendly too. Through continual research and development, we have achieved what we set out to do and have designed and produced the Medibord radiotherapy patient-positioning board.

We are very proud that our products are manufactured using non-carbon composites, supporting an ever-changing environment.
